Hands down I can not say enough about their service and handling. My orginal photobooth had a serious family emergency that he had to fly quickly out of state. I got woken up at 5am to learn this. I started reaching out to anyone I can find. They responded at 6am. We started planning and working on it. Their were flexible and realistic. This was for a school promotion and they were awesome. Friendly, easy to work with, high quality and helpful. She even helped us clean up. We will use them again. We used the drop off option. Worked great for the students. I booked Special Occasions for my daughter’s 18th birthday a week ago. I rented one of their mirror cameras, and they have one of the most affordable rental rates that I could find. The rental also included accessories and unlimited photo prints. Goden Star came an hour early to set up the booths and camera, and to make sure everything is ready to go. The camera booth is set up to perfection! Golden Star designed the photo templates to match with my daughter’s party theme and she did an awesome job! Our guests loved the booth, a lot of them went back for more shots. Golden Star made sure the shots are perfect, she was there acting like a cheerleader to encourage the guests to show their biggest smiles and silliest poses 😀. The pictures are definitely for keeps! Thank you Golden Star and Special Occasions for making my daughter’s special night a memorable one!
